That’s where I come in.
I am here to listen, help you ask the right questions, and guide you through the divorce process – if now is the right time for you to end your marriage. I understand and gladly embrace the trust that you place in me.
Divorce is much more than a legal event – it is a complete and total life transition.
In my years as a divorce attorney, I have learned that many people don’t know where to start. Understanding South Carolina’s many divorce and child custody laws is more of an “art” than a science. The stress of a failing relationship can make it even harder to know what you should do.
My desire is to help people when they are most vulnerable. It’s important to stand up for what is right, even if I am the only person standing. And, in your divorce or child custody case, I will be standing up for you each step of the way. I have mediated over 400 family court matters with a 93% settlement rate.
I graduated from Furman University with a B.A. degree in Psychology. In 1993, I received my law degree from Regent University School of Law. Since then, I have devoted myself as a lawyer to giving help and hope to hurting people.
