Attorney Ken Peck is honored to have been elected as a board member to the Berkeley County Bar Association (“BCBA”) for 2021-22.
The Berkeley County Bar Association works to provide attorneys and the public access to South Carolina legal information and resources. This is accomplished in numerous ways. For attorneys, the BCBA provides free Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses, as well as regular newsletters and resources. For residents in Berkeley County, the BCBA sponsors free legal seminars and workshops.
The BCBA plays a crucial role in promoting equal justice for all within our local community. The association understands that competent and ethical representation can only be realized through attorney training, communication, and networking. Membership in the BCBA has grown over 40% from the previous year and is expected to continue to grow.
Ken Peck is excited for the opportunity to help further the legal profession and is dedicated to working with our local judges and fellow Bar Association members to accomplish the goal of equitable justice for all. Ken has previously lectured at a CLE program for the BCBA and looks forward to contributing in other ways.
Ken has served Lowcountry residents by providing hope and guidance to those facing divorce. The Peck Law Firm is the largest divorce firm in the Lowcountry and has received numerous awards over the years including The Post & Courier’s Charleston’s Choice Award for Best Family Lawyer and the Best of Mount Pleasant award by Mount Pleasant Magazine.
