Meet Christopher Kitter
Christopher is a dedicated South Carolina family law attorney and certified Guardian ad Litem, committed to helping clients navigate divorce, custody, and complex domestic matters. Raised on Hilton Head Island, he graduated from Hilton Head Island High School and later earned a B.S. in Political Science from Arizona State University, where he served as president of Sigma Chi Fraternity.
Before attending the Charleston School of Law, Christopher volunteered with Lowcountry Legal Volunteers, gaining hands-on experience with family law cases involving custody, visitation, child support, and domestic litigation. During law school, he remained focused on family law, participating in the Family Law Society and clerking for Phipps Family Law.
Since becoming licensed in 2023, Christopher has practiced exclusively in family law. His Guardian ad Litem certification allows him to represent the best interests of children in custody disputes throughout South Carolina.
Christopher enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with family, and especially loves visiting the Scottish Highlands.
