My practice is devoted exclusively to Family Court. I represent clients in divorce, custody, child support, alimony, equitable division of marital property, and the enforcement and modification of existing Family Court Orders.

Every Family Court case tells a story. My responsibility is to make sure the Court receives an accurate, organized, and persuasive presentation of the facts supported by the law and the evidence. That work begins long before a hearing. It requires careful preparation, thorough discovery, attention to detail, and an understanding of which issues will ultimately matter to the Court.

One of the most important stages of a Family Court case in South Carolina is the Temporary Hearing. Because those hearings are ordinarily decided on written affidavits rather than live testimony, I devote significant attention to preparing written submissions that are clear, well-organized, and supported by the evidence. Careful preparation at the beginning of a case often influences everything that follows.

I graduated cum laude from the Charleston School of Law and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Professional Responsibility. That award reflects a principle that continues to guide my practice: clients deserve preparation, honesty, professionalism, and thoughtful legal advice.

Family Court cases involve some of the most important decisions a person will ever make. My goal is to help clients understand the process, make informed decisions, and know that their case has been prepared with care from beginning to end.
